The Cabinet was in new condition and the price was Great! Would not hesitate to by pre-owned or used from Sam Ash again. Delivery was on time and packed well. Thanks for the great service.
My son and I wanted to buy an out-of-production, fretless bass that needed a bit of work. SA fixed it up, dropped the price and hooked us up with a custom-fit gig bag. Can't beat the service. It was a good experience.

Was very hesitant about shipping a guitar but it was packed very well and came in great shape... Some new strings on the guitar woulda been nice but I'm happy to have my new guitar all the same.
It was a difficult decision to make but Mr. David Santa Maria was a great help in making me decide what PA to buy so as to get the best bang for my buck after all I was spending 2000/ - bucks . David was on top of his sales game , prompt and accurate. He was polite inspite of me grilling him extensively. Thanks and I hope he is viewed in hight standing always in his career. Gerry Coutinho

Equipment ordered online. Contacted when ready to pickup at the store. Store pickup took a little long for the staff to lookup the order but they were courteous and friendly.
Accommodating, upfront transparency. No "ick" factor. Professional, courteous and attentive. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable sales staff and customer service. I would recommend them to my 93 year old mom!
