I needed a F9 hi hat padal, which are difficult to come by. Eric took my name and number and I waited. Sure enough he called the minute one came in and made sure it was delivered the very next day. Ordered my item for a good price and figured it would arrive in about a week or so. This wasn't the case at all. It arrived 1 1/2 days after I ordered it and I ordered it at around 9PM. Great service.

I ordered a Gretsch Brooklyn Snare drum from sam ash no biggie. I was later notified that it was an open box and to throw me a bone, they offered a free drum batter head of my choice! The absolute legend Charlie even set me up with a sweet lil care package. All in all great experience and will definitely be buying from them again.
I am very pleased with the guitar I received. The original one I ordered was unavailable so they offered me an upgrade to a nicer model for the same price. That is good customer service.
