You did fine but FedEx failed to delver on time. I hold this minor infraction against you because the delivery was promised as such. However, FedEx has a history but when delivery date is crucial be careful with promises. The product was fine.
Visited the store on 34th street, so able to see and handle the instruments, but made our order via the website: very helpful to see the full range of options and prices, and read customers' helpful reviews
