Great service from tech staff. I needed an auxiliary speaker to go with the main speaker we already had. I know nothing about sound systems. The representative figured out exactly which speaker I needed. Their prices are in line with the same speaker on Amazon.
Other then it coming in a day later the guitar was in excellent condition, everything works, decent factory setup, definitely would recommend and extra layer of protection for guitars/instruments when shipping, those thin boxes take some beatings in transit.
