Purchased my item thru their EBay Store. Excellent communication, quick ship, packaged well. My item arrived exactly as described and in great shape. I will definitely use them for future purchases.

The option to have the equipment delivered to the store helps so that; if fed ex misses us due to signature required an additional trip would be required to fed ex to pick it up. Even if, Sam Ash has a newweb page being designed for orders. I requested the guitar be sent to the store. Luckily and by good luck I called the Sam ash number to check on the order. When I called in I found out that the truck was in transit to deliver the guitar to my house. What??? Luckily I was home to receive it.
Fantastic customer service! An associate assisted with a website issue to ensure I received the product I wanted ( which was the last one available!). It arrived promptly.
