I ordered online and picked the product up in store. Piece of cake.
I hard a hard time buying a gift certificate. Somehow I ended up with two. Finally deleted one of them, but found no easy way to make sure the one I still had in my cart had the right message. After trying to call for assistance and ending up in voicemail hell, I ended up deleting everything and starting over. I wouldn't say the site was very friendly (and I'm used to buying online... I do it really well, usually). In the end, my friend received his thank you gift and that's all that mattered.

Very honest people, my credit card was not charged until the amplifier was shipped.
