Johnathan was awesome! Even if he couldn't find that hard to find items I was looking for, at least he tried. He called me within reasonable time frames, helped me find the perfect drums, and answered all my questions and repeat questions. THIS is why I shop at Sam Ash and not guitar center anymore. The only exception is when you don't sell a product I'm looking for(which does happen). Ex: kd-a22 kick drum digital converter kit. It's about 350 bucks and converts a 22 in kickdrum and you don't sell it.
