Excellent customer service. One item was in stock and another had to be ordered and shipped to the store. The ordered item was sent to the store quickly and I was able to pick both items together.

Great rapport and follow ups! The pandemic has delayed orders and allowed time for new products to hit the market. Kevin has been on top of it every step of the way... giving my status updates and going above and beyond by calling the manufactures directly. Luis? was so nice to work with on the phone, informative about my questions and placed my order for me since the beat machine I was interested in wasn't in stock. He even went the extra mile to call me the next day to let me know the delivery was due to arrive ahead OF the date he had initially told me, because he had remembered it was a bday present so wanted to make sure the surprise didn't get spoiled.
