I was impressed with your precautions to combat Covid, first of all, because I had my granddaughter and my adult son with a disability with me. Great guitar and price but for some reason I never got confirmation of the order or shipping/tracking information. No response to an email or a chat message. I called and the rep was very helpful. Fast shipping too but poor communication.
