The item was listed as used, but when it came I would have sworn it was new. It was in excellent condition with everything included, even the manual was still in its plastic bag. The price was fantastic for the like-new condition! This is not my first Sam Ash purchase, and it won't be my last. I will not hesitate to buy from Sam Ash again!
