I’ve shopped with Sam Ash in Sarasota, FL for many yrs. 3 months ago, we moved to Oak Island, NC. There is no Sam Ash store anywhere near here. I was unable to get a phone number for the SA store I love, so I went online. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. No complaints at all with him but there’s a big difference than being able to connect wIth those you’ve had a connection for many yrs.
