Very easy transaction, guitar delivered as expected
Quick delivery great product
The bass is great!!! But it could have been bad. The bass had it own packaging but it didn’t have tape on it. So it came out f the original box and could have gotten damage. One of the tone knobs came off. No problem. I put it back on. Sorry this is only about packing. Everything else is fine. In summary, re-tape the inner box. Thanks for the bass.

Tons of bubble wrap in packaging, shipping was ahead of schedule. Product came as described.
My used guitar was ordered from Sam Ash on March 23rd. The origin showed Florida so I was expecting at least 7 day turnaround as it showed Fedex economy transport. The next thing I knew my guitar was at my door...2 days!. Now about the ax. It was packed like it came right from Fender. All cardboard a bubble wrap stuffing in place. I expected a few abrasions.
