I have bought all my music equipment directly online from Sam Ash. I have never walked into a Sam Ash store before because they don't have them in my region. Always a great experience with the sales team, great prices, and everything arrives on time.

Despite a few hiccups, I’m pleased with the transaction. Sam Ash was cautious about sending my purchase to my son’s apartment in Philadelphia so we had to send it to my son’s coach’s office. His coach was helpful and the product (a complete keyboard outfit: keyboard, stand, bench, etc) was well packaged. Everything worked when it finally got set up. All in all a successful operation.
