Ordering was very easy. I spoke with Ethan and he was helpful. My piano came a day earlier than originally thought and was in perfect condition.
I purchased an e-gift certificate on line and it was confusing because it asked me to select a delivery method. I called the customer service number twice. The first time I was on hold way too long so I hung up - this was during your normal business hours. The second time I called I was on hold for a little bit and spoke with a very nice person who gave me instructions to fill in the delivery method because it was required. I am happy that an e-gift certificate was available!
