I needed a drum throne for my son. Called Marc in the Dallas store. He made a recommendation. Unfortunately, it wasnât available online. Without asking, Marc scoured the Sam Ash network of stores and found one. After the transaction was completed, he called me on two different occasions to provide me with statuses. I even received another call from Felipe in their Tampa store. Funny thing is that it wasnât even late. THREE CALLS to checkup on a $200 item that ended up arriving on time!!!!!!!
