my salesman (Dave Wientraub) I believe, was great. He assisted me with opening a Sam Ash account online, found the speaker cabinet I was looking for, and had it delivered the next day! He even followed up with a follow-up call a few days later to make sure I received the item, and if I was satisfied. Great job
Bought a ATV electric bass drum from Sam Ash. It came in quickly considering I’m from New York shipped from Florida. The only thing I’d change would be to put a little more bubble wrap in the package because it had one layer and the box was a little damaged when it arrived. Thankfully everything was okay. Shipping was fast. I’m very pleased.
