Great experience. Had a question while on the website ordering a violin for my nephew. Loved the video that was available to watch as well. Called the 800 number. Excellent customer service. All my questions were answered by a friendly associate. I was even able to place my order over the phone. Violin was free delivery and delivered in 2 days. Definitely will purchase from Sam Ash again. 5 star service.
