I received the available items promptly, as notified. A difficult to obtain item was on back order for some time. SA removed it promptly at my request and I was notified upon its removal. I was looking for a rear Gibson Mandolin, which was available in the Nashville store. Though it was not listed on their website, it was listed on Reverb, so I contacted a sales rep through their pop-up customer service portal, which put me in contact with a very helpful man names David Weintraub who helped me all along the way. I had the instrument the very next day and the experience was awesome.
The process was easy and the gift card was delivered on time.
