Guitar arrived in excellent condition and was wrapped quite well. Action and pickups were a bit sloppy but nothing that couldnt be fixed with a couple of turns of a screw driver!

Still waiting for some of the items. That being said I have always had good experiences ordering from Sam Ash.
Stephen receives five stars and was great, but I was annoyed at the fact that my order we fulfilled (according to my account) and cancelled so I had to have him help me place a new backorder.
