I used to live in Florida and loved going to the Sam Ash location in Margate, FL. The entire staff was a joy working with on all my guitar purchases: they were extremely attentive and professional. I’ve since moved to North Carolina and could not find a location where I got the type of service as in Margate, so when I find a guitar I want to buy, I call my friends at Sam Ash Margate and place an order. A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
