I ordered 2 tambourines. 1 came from OH, the other from VA. The one from OH was great! They sent me an email when it shipped, it arrived promptly, and was in excellent condition. The one from VA I was not so happy about. No shipping email, it arrived a week after the first, and was broken when I got it. A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
