I ordered a Casio Privia PX 770 digital piano over the phone with Billy at the New York midtown store. He was superbly helpful from start to finish, answering all my questions on this big purchase perfectly, and offering further help, if needed, with assembly. A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
