I called the main store and they directed me to the Miami store for availability on the OC-5 and they had one in stock and shipped promptly. Love the pedal. Almost no one else in the country has this in stock.

A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
