I stumbled across SamAsh website while searching for a keyboard piano, specifically from Casio. Jason Hurowitz helped me find the model which is great in performance and was in my budget. Being a beginner in playing keyboard, I had a lot of questions for Jason, but he was always patient and guided me through the whole process. A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
