Steven Segal went above and beyond to rectify several major issues including an order cancelled because of fraud check, a second order being wrong because the item wasn’t actually in store stock, and the store not having communicated with me when they noted they had. He got me a new item shipped on free 2 day and appropriately discounted for my budget so I had it for a weekend performance. Dude totally gets it, and does his job like he cares which is a really big deal these days. Big kudos.

A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
