I made the purchase through your website after visiting your NYC store near B&H... it's keyboard heaven! This was my first purchase from Sam Ash and won't be my last. While no one helped me in the store, that was actually kind of nice... I just wanted to sit and try out a few keyboards at my leisure, which I did. My new PSR-SX900 arrived quickly. :)

A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
