Ineeded to order a set of Tama Pancake Drum Shells. SamAsh verified availablility and timely delivery so I had confirdence to proceed with the order. Also, the 45-day trial period was important to me to investigate the sound and quality of the drums (since my research was all online). I do like the Tama Pancake Drum Shells. They are much more portable than my full set, and I think I will "bring them along" to more jam sessions where it would be fun to play. I also like that they set up in less space for practicing. jhc

A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
