Love the selection and pricing at Sam Ash. This is my first stop when looking for something new or used. Customer service is always outstanding. Anytime I've had the pleasure to go to a location in person the Staff have always been helpful without being intrusive. Online purchasing can be a hit and miss thing, but they are always treat me fairly if I have to return something. A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
