Everything was great until I got my order and there was no power cord. I tried to contact the Sam Ash in Texas where I bought it and their phone wasn't working properly. I then called the Sam Ash in Clearwater FL. The manager guaranteed me that he would get back to me one way or the other and would try to resolve it. Eventually I got a hold of the store inTexas and they overnighted the cord to the store in Clearwater instead of to me like I asked. A satisfied Sam Ash customer for decades, I recently received a defective product for the first time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. But after just a few minutes on the phone with a Customer Service manager and explaining my issue, she apologized and refunded the full amount that I paid, without hesitation. Customer loyalty restored! Sorry to see brick and mortar stores go but glad to hear the retail operation will remain online.
