Samson, was very hands on during the whole process. He made sure he responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He followed up to ensure that we stayed on top of things and made the process alot easier to deal with. I have dealt with few lenders in the past but I do have to say Sam was the best I have ever had. He was kind and helpful all the way through. Also thorough, knowledgeable and provided guidance every step of the way. He was very quick on responding to any question I had.
