Sam did a wonderful job. He explained the process well and was good about responding to my questions efficiently. I was able to call or text him anytime and he was always happy to help. I highly recommend him!
The process was actually made quite easy for me especially being a first time home buyer. I did like the timeline calendar which showed what would happen on each day and the introduction of the team. Sam was always available no matter the time to answer questions. He tried to make it as easy of a process for me and I appreciate that! Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Sam to everyone in the market for a home.

Sam did an amazing job from start to finish! We switched from one lender to Sam in the middle of our buying process (approx. 18 days before our closing date) and was extremely nervous we would have to extend our closing date due to the switch.
