Sam and the team are everything we could have asked for and more. They worked hard and quickly, didn't miss any details, and answered every question we had! Even with a changing timeline, they were on top of it the whole time. Then when closing comes, they have some great memes to share to lighten the mood!

Sam and his team were great through the whole process. They gave me several options to fit my needs. The communication and guidance they gave was incredible. Specifically, Julie was wonderful to work with. She gave me great confidence that there would be minimal issues though the entire process, and for what small issues we did have, I knew we would be able to knock them out with Julie. I highly recommend them and have already referred them to a friend.

Sam and the team at Mortgage Firm were extremely professional, courteous, and I would say the most dedicated group of people I have worked with. This was consistent no matter who I interacted with. Everything was explained in advance for each next step throughout. They also helped us with suggestions on improving our scores to get the best interest rates for our loan. They are experts and great at what they do. I have used them for my last 2 home purchases and highly recommend.
