We appreciate how quickly we were able to go through the process, plus doing most of it online, and the arrangement with the mobile no-contact notary. This type of financing is hard to understand, but you guys were around to answer our questions and alleviate our (unnecessary) concerns every step of the way. From initial discussion to closing - less than a month. It should always be this easy. I've already recommended you to a friend... hope they go with TMF!

I had been working with one of the big guys and after 90 days they still couldn’t close my very simple loan. I finally fired them and contacted Sam. We closed 28 days later. Wow wow wow Sam’s team attacked got every they knew was needed for my loan program. Awesome communication. They even answered the phone when I had a question. Run as fast as you can to Sam and his team if you want smooth Home financing. They are truly the best.
