For a myriad of reasons beyond our control, our original lender couldn't get the job done, but we had only 3 weeks until our hard closing date! Enter Sam and his team of literal superheroes! 3 weeks from the date we first spoke with Sam on our broker’s recommendation until the date we closed...they got it done!
