Sam and his team was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. This was my first Refinancing and he was there to answer all of my questions along the way. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I was initially concerned when starting the process that communication was a bit slow, but I realize I was being overly critical due to the bad experience I had with lender I had been trying to close with for over 5 months before switching to Sam. He and his team always responded to emails within 24 hours, and I was always able to get them on the phone if I had questions. Not only did he save me half a percent on the loan and about $3k in closing costs, but he was able to close my loan quickly.
