This was my first experience doing a closing at a distance, so I was a bit at a loss on how everything was done. We did all the "paperwork" online and I could gather all my information that was needed at my leisure. No rush or craziness. Any questions I had were explained clearly. Sam's team was informed and it all worked out just as expected. For the actual closing a notary was sent to my house and in 20 minutes it was all done. It was a great experience.
