This was my fourth home purchase so not a stranger to the process. This was pleasantly different. No surprises and all clearly explained by Sam. Very comfortable working with him and his crew Julie and Denise. Always disliked interaction with sterile big bank loan agents, this was the opposite . Actually enjoyed dealing with them. Felt like a human dealing with same. Also comforting when people in the industry and former clients tell me they had same positive experiences and opinion.

I can't FATHOM another company doing as much as these guys have. Sam, Denise and Julie went exceeded our expectations a hundred times over. They treated us like part of the family. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider using anyone else.
