Sam, Denise, and Julie were very friendly and professional. The situation, on the sellers end, was extremely frustrating but The Mortgage Firm team went over and above to see the deal close. ***** Sam and his team made the process extremely easy. His team was super friendly and was on top of each stage of the process. I can't believe a member of his team was present at closing. I've never heard of any other lender doing this and it was much appreciated.

The whole process went incredibly smooth considering I’m self employed. As good as Sam is, Denise and Julie are even better! They all are true professionals and I will definitely continue using their services on my next home and encourage everyone else to as well. Even comparing them to USAA, they were competitive with rates but the service was well above. Recommend 5 out of 5.
