I was extremely pleased with Sam and his team, one of my sellers requirements was to close in two months. Sam and his team worked fast and hard kepping us updated on any documents required. They worked on our time and was always available at any time of the day if we had questions, we completed the mortgage agreement two weeks early from closing.
