Supplied data requested. TMF requested more years & verification from IRS & SS. That added additional time which ultimately led to a one week time extension placing me in position of $100 penalty/day if closing not met.

I left quicken loans. I was tired of being 1 of many trying to get attention and feedback from my lender. Sam and his whole team were likely to answer the phone, quick to call back after leaving a message, and made quick responses after hours with texts. Sam answered all my endless questions. He laid out multiple options for me and gave whole hearted advice. Getting a mortgage and going through all the steps is time consuming and can be complicated. Sam's team made it as easy as possible.
