We love the professionalism of everyone involved. (As well as the sense of humor) The whole process was easy and organized. Everyone was just a phone call (or an e-mail/text) away whenever needed. We never felt pressured or rushed. The binder that was given to us, organized by sections and with all of the documents in the transaction in it, is a great asset and it has become very handy. I really enjoyed working with Sam and his team. They made the process smooth and they communicated with me each step of the way. They are excellent communicators and are out-of-the-box thinkers. I liked their personal touch and they even put together a personalized binder for me to keep my important home documents. He mailed a Congrats card too with a nice note with lotto tickets! I would like to utilize their services in the future and would refer them to my friends and family.

The people are a pleasure to work with. Very efficient, communicate very well, and patient when you might not understand something or what they're asking for. We closed two weeks early because everything went so smoothly. Easiest mortgage process we've ever been through and this was our 4th home purchase.
