I was unable to obtain a loan with another lender, I was told that I was not qualified. Sam Fisher went above and beyond and guess what? Not only did I get the loan but he also locked me in at a great rate. He always got right back to me, answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. I‚Äôd give him more than five stars if I was able to. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him.

Sam is by far the best I have worked with throughout the homebuying process. I have purchased 4 homes, but Sam has exceeded the standard of any loan process I have been apart of. I will definitely work with Sam again, and also refer him to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Sam was very helpful and guided us through the loan process. He also spent the time needed with me to make sure I understood the terms in the documents and what each document was for. Also, there wasn't a lot of difference between what was estimated and actual numbers by closing. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would not hesitate to do business with him again (note: this is my second time so far). Sam is at the top of my list.

Sam is great! It feels like we are part of his family :) He is always there to answer questions and address concerns, and sometimes shocks me with how quickly he replies to us! Sam is always professional, but makes you feel like he really cares about you... that you‚Äôre not just a client. We love Sam! Wouldn‚Äôt dream of working with any other lender.
