He put me in touch with a realtor who was just as friendly and helpful as him. He was always available, kind and courteous. I would recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

We have been using Sam for the past many years, we've used him/GSF for our First home loan, then we refinanced with Sam, and now we have just purchased another home using Sam/GSF. Our old Home sold quickly - did not even go on the market however the buyer wanted a 3 week closing, Sam was able to make this happen.
