Sam is super responsive and will keep you posted on the status of your loan so you're never questioning what is happening. I felt assured that he was on my side during the whole process. Being a first time home buyer, everything was new and I had a situation in which my loan approval had to be expedited because the seller was for once, not joking about pulling the contract last minute. Sam made it happen though and I am so grateful of him and his team for all their work to make me a home owner!

Sam and Megan were great. The underwriter not so much. She kept asking and asking for info/verification, some of which she already had. The underwriter is the only thing that made this transaction stressful.

Sam Fisher was very knowledgeable and answered my millions of questions throughout the process. He kept in close contact even though he was not feeling well he still kept the stress off of me. He is truly A1 and knows so much. He made the usually stressful situation of purchasing a home easy. I will be passing his name on to friends and family. Give him call it will be totally wrth it.
