What a great experience it has been. Just bought my first home and the loan process with Sam Fisher of GSF Mortgage Corporation have been one of the smoothest experiences. From the time I was introduced to him, he handled every aspect of the loan process with efficiency. Typically, the home loan process is quite cumbersome but Sam was very honest, patient, and handled each step efficiently. I am so impressed with the service he provided. I had re-signed a year lease in AUG2015 for my apartment and knew that it was time for homeownership but didn't know where to start. Sam Fisher made our 1st time home buying experience very easy for my wife and I. We were very nervous about the experience but Sam made sure that he kept in contact with us and reassured us that everything was good. He made sure everything went as planned and kept us informed of any change. Sam's knowledge for the home buying experience is unmatched and I am very greatful for his help. what a great experience. I had bought a bank owned property and it was hard work up and down to get the deal done. Sam not only did the financing but was the cool head in the whole process.it was long and drawn out and at times frustrating but he would always smile and say it would get done. When you use Sam it seams you not only get a loan person but you get a friend.he will be the only one I will now use from now on and will highly recommend him to anyone looking to for financing.thank you very much Sam.

Sam was fantastic in every way. We highly recommend doing business with him. He was always prompt in replying our calls, emails and texts. He is also very knowledgeable in the mortgage industry. If we ever buy another property or refinance our Virginia home, we will most definitely call on Sam Fisher.
