Sam was on point with every detail. If I had any questions or concerns Sam was always readily available if I reached out to him. I would say 90% of the time when I reached out to him he was there to help if not I would hear back form him immediately. The loan process was easy and painless which can be a very stressful time. Buying a home is very important step in your life and having Sam to do my mortgage loan for me made it pleasant and an easy process for me.

I just purchased my 1st House with the help Sam and his team. He let me know what I needed to do to get approved and I fixed that issue right away. He made me feel comfortable talking to him and even though I did not have the highest credit score he never made me feel like I couldn't get a house. Sam is a pro and a no nonsense lender. He takes your basic information and is very honest with his quote and figures about the loan. He tells you right away after reviewing your credit report if you will qualify for a loan or not. He doesn't try to give you any false hope or changes the figures later on. My time in dealing with Sam for a mortgage loan, was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. Sam was very knowledgeable, and gave me great advice in looking for a new home.
