He asked for my 2 last tax return and 2 last pay stubs,I send all of them.since then,he has never contacted me again.guess what,he called many times before that,he almost harassed me to send him my information.but no follow up after that.so unprofessional

I spoke with him once and explained what I was looking for. He said he'd run some numbers and get back to me later in the day. Well, he never called back. It would have been an easy loan for him (754 fico, good ltv, very low debt ratio). I moved on and quickly refinanced with another lender.
