I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for seven years and think it is one of the best managed communities I have ever lived at.
It?s a beautiful,... (Verified Renter) It?s a beautiful, safe and very clean place to live, but some of the accommodations or appliances in my apartment, such as the plastic bathtub, old sliding glass doors and shower, need some serious TLC and some major updating. The rent keeps going up while the tub and shower keep getting older, worn out and outdated. The bathroom definitely needs a serious make over to accommodate the high cost of rent that I pay every year.
the maintenance (... (Verified Renter) the maintenance ( Tim) is great.. the apartment is very dated ..I didn't have the opportunity to see it before moving in ..if I had , I would have passed on San Carlos . that said , I'm here and maintenance has been very good to come 'fix' the problems that have popped up . it will take a little getting used to , but it's coming together.
I have to... (Verified Renter) I have to say the apartment staff is what makes this place work. You can really tell that the people that work here. Angie and Lauren actually care about the appearance and quality of the product they are selling. For the value this place is perfect.

while the people... (Verified Renter) while the people are nice and apartments are comfortable, appliances need to be updated to energy efficient models and appliances that actually work!
We are contemplating... (Verified Renter) We are contemplating a move next year. We were looking now to see possibilities. The apartments we saw definitely are on the top of our list in a future move. And we will tell friends how beautiful they are and how pet friendly you are
