Worst service team I've ever seen. Bad communication, way over priced service that was almost 200% higher when we picked up the vehicle. In all my years of having a vehicle repaired this was without a question the worst experience I've ever had.

I went in last Wed to get a quote on tires, alignment, and oil change and have a recall fixed while I was there. Service guy said he would call me back about the tire prices and options. He never called! I know the new ownership has made some changes but Im not sold on it.

I talked with Luis Ramirez and Amari at this dealership. At first they seemed eager to do business. They agreed to an affiliate price program, and I excitedly got my wife in the car and started heading down to pick up a new Jeep. I was so excited! On the trip down there, they quietly snuck in almost $2000 in extra mark ups and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I was so disappointed by how dishonest this dealership was. Make sure to double check all the paperwork they send you, because they will absolutely try to cheat you!

I’d rather have a root canal than have to deal with their pathetic service department. Too much to type, but after six months my Jeep still isn’t fixed, and it’s under warranty. How is this place still in business?
