I went two days ago spoke to the sales manager and we agreed on a price of a truck that hadn't came in yet 2 days later the truck comes in they have me apply, and now all of a sudden the truck is 5k more but they didn't tell me until they ran my credit, these guys are clowns save your time and don't come here.. worst place in San Antonio to do business with
Zero stars if possible. $626.78 for an oil change and fuel filters... I’ve never been bent over so badly at a dealership. Should have known better when I had the appointment made a week in advanced and still had to leave the truck there over night and had to get an Uber. $350 service anywhere else in the country. Avoid if you have out of state plates
Dropped off my vehicle for service. Was told I would get a call in the afternoon. Never received a call, so I called them. Once directed to my service technician, the phone was never answered and no way to leave a message. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally hung up. Called back 30 minutes later to find out everyone in the service department was gone and all the cars locked up. my room mate bought a Fiat 500 there was DAMAGE when bought but WE will fix it....NOT...THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS!!! the right hand has no idea what the left is doing therefore NOTHING is done....I was going to buy from them but NOT NOW!!!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
Very unimpressed with our experience from start to finish! Greg gave us incorrect information on a vehicle After we asked 3 times -we were given a price 10K less than actual price so after hearing that price 3 times, clearly we were interested! After test driving the vehicle we asked about Carfax- we were told “we aren’t there yet”. Asked again and still were not given info even though it was sitting on desk. I went to the service department for an oil change and the girl helping me refused to wear a mask even while driving my car. I refuse to do service with any company not following the mandates. everytime I go there it takes hours to get a basic oil change. horrible horrible customer service and business!!
Mal servicio al cliente y nada profesional los empleados de este lugar, según te venden la mejor calidad pero es puro mugrero y a la hora de dar la cara dicen que no pueden ayudarte, buenos para agarrar el dinero pero no ayudan a sus clientes, un consejo si buscan calidad y buen servido busquen en otras agencias por qué aquí solo van a salir desilucionados y solo perderán dinero y tiempo.
This dealership is so hopelessly out of touch, I'm not really sure where to start. The salesperson was unresponsive, and I had to wait nearly an entire day to get any sort of pricing. Part of the pricing turned out to be the old school dealer adds which are borderline worthless and overpriced to the point of being a scam. The discount they offered was a joke. Sales team seems great, I took my suv for some warranty work, I got it back problem was fixed while I have been smelling burnt oil for the past week that's not my main issue. I found a scratch on the fender of my car that i know wasn't there before i wash my car twice a week.. not only was there a scratch what confirmed it was from a tech was the fact that the whole fender on and near the scratch was greasy finger prints...
