Sapna was helpful. She pushed us to close in a hurry and got us to our home. But KB lacks communication if I maybe very honest. The underwriter asked for paperwork that is non-existent. Title didn't know we were closing on the day we were suppose to close. The sales manager didn't know they didn't have enough brick for the house. I had to tell him they ran out of brick.
